Welcome to the boomerangnutrition.co.uk terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions cover the use of this website (www.boomerangnutrition.co.uk) and the use of our products and services. By using this website or placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions clearly stated below. Your use of and browsing of the web site are at your own risk. Neither Boomerang Nutrition Ltd nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the web site is liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your access to, or use of the web site.
All of the below terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered to you by Boomerang Nutrition Ltd. It is important to read these terms and conditions to ensure that you understand any exclusions or disclaimers when using the products or services that Boomerang Nutrition Ltd supplies. If you do not agree with our terms of use or you wish for these to be outlined prior to placing an order, please contact our offices on 01488 73322 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday. Delivery, Postage and Packaging
There is a standard delivery charge of £5* per parcel, for orders under £50, with a maximum weight of up to 30kg. For Orders of CoolStance Copra there is a delivery charge of £5 per bag. All items are delivered by DX unless alternative arrangements have been made**. Please allow delivery of goods to arrive between 3-5 working days but do allow extended delivery times on bank holidays and public holidays. Orders placed within seasonal periods such as Christmas, should also expect an extended delivery time. This will be advised when your order is placed. We cannot accept responsibility or be held responsible for further delayed delivery times by DX. Do ensure all details are correct and a phone number is present in case a DX driver wishes to contact you regarding delivery.
If your items are delivered to you in a damaged condition you must inform your DX driver at the time of signing for goods. Do contact us immediately upon receiving the goods stating your order number, damages found and images of the damage. We will advise whether the product will need to be returned to us and will issue you accordingly with either a replacement or a voucher totaling your previous purchase.
*UK addresses only, excluding Highlands and islands. For delivery to such addresses, you can contact info@boomerangnutrition.co.uk to discuss your delivery options.
**For addresses outside of the UK, we may use an alternative courier.

Scottish Highlands – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Refunds
You do have the right to cancel or return your order even if your goods aren’t faulty. You can cancel or return your goods within 14 days of receiving them and a refund of the product value minus the postage shall be issued when your returned product/products have been received by Boomerang Nutrition Ltd. Boomerang Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any products that have been used, opened or tampered with.
Boomerang Nutrition Ltd takes no responsibility if your animal does not accept our products.

All personal information will be kept on a secure server and complies with all current UK Data Protections laws. When you shop via our website, we will ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address.
